✨ Project Idea: Easy Street Lap Quilt in Yardley House Fabrics ✨

Craving a quick, cozy quilt that feels like a warm vintage hug? Pair the super-simple Easy Street 3-Yard Quilt Pattern by Fabric Cafe with the gorgeous Yardley House fabric collection by Marcus Fabrics (designed by Timeworn Toolbox Designs / Dolores Smith)!

The Easy Street pattern is beginner-friendly magic:
• Just 3 one-yard cuts of fabric (pick one bold focal floral for the stars, a light neutral background, and a coordinating accent texture from Yardley House)
• Finished size: approximately 46” x 58” lap quilt
• No tricky units — just quick blocks that let those beautiful big prints shine
• Perfect weekend project!

This combination creates the ultimate snuggle quilt, thoughtful gift, or pretty throw for your reading nook. The vintage prints pop beautifully in the simple design, giving you heirloom style with modern ease.
