I made it into the next round! To recap, I have the opportunity to win $25,000 to put towards my dream: a small bakery.

I’d like to open a bakery in Atlanta geared towards providing opportunities to differently abled people, while teaching applicable life skills. A kind, warm place that eschews the traditional intensity of a kitchen and welcomes anyone who wants to learn. I will accomplish this by working closely with local schools and specialized programs to curate a method anyone can learn, with practice. I envision a place where the community can gather to spread good, share unique food, and create new ways of doing things, together. Bless Your Tart has been a dream of mine for many years and I want to make it a reality in time.
