🍞So early last year I started playing around with sourdough bread. The process was daunting and I pushed it to the side🫣. Well, recently I saw where one of my baking sis, was offering classes so of course I had to sign up. Nicole is so down to earth and the teacher in her makes learning easy & fun.

The class is well worth it and comes with everything needed to make your 1st loaf. I can’t wait to bake off another loaf tomorrow. Thanks Nicole for sharing your knowledge with all of us! Oh and of course I had to stop by her shop and get some of those delicious sugar cookies.😋
