First attempt at gluten free hamantaschen and the first baked good since I lost all my baking supplies in our house fire last year! I'm so happy!!

Flavors are apricot and chocolate although I have more dough in the refrigerator that I plan to try with other fillings!

This is my favorite Challah recipe. Discovering psyllium powder as a gluten substitute was a game changer! I add it to lots of recipes now!

This gluten free challah bread is rich, slightly sweet, golden, and incredibly soft. It's not just for Jewish holidays anymore!

I love working with wooden and bamboo utensils. You can keep even cheap ones nice by taking care of them properly.
1. After washing, be sure to dry thoroughly
2. Periodically coat in a thin layer of oil (I used spray olive oil)
3. Never clean in a dishwasher. It will dry them out and make them crack
4. Never soak in water for long. They will warp and crack.

I made gf Angel Food Cake with strawberry and guava this week. And Vanilla Creme Brule. Didn't get any pictures though. Guess I gotta make some more! 😋😋😋
