Justine's Cakery Welcome to Justine's Cakery! I am a passionate home baker who transforms simple ingredients into edible works of art. Fast forward to today - I LOVE what I do.
(212)

Specializing in custom cakes & decorated sugar cookies. I remember when I lived with my parents years and years ago and I would literally bake at 12 a.m. (My parents were not too fond of this lol) I just wanted to bake - I didn't care what time it was, I wanted to do something that I loved and that made people happy. It is something that I am very passionate about and not only does it bring me joy, but it brings others joy as well. I graduated from Culinary school in 2011 specializing in the Pastry Arts - this is not something I just do but something I was trained to do. I went to school to perfect my craft so I can be the best that I can be at what I do. I put my heart and soul into every cake, cupcake, decorated sugar cookie and pastry that goes out my door. I give it 110% EVERY TIME - and nothing less. I love making people happy with my sweet treats - nothing is better than when I see the clients face when they see the cookies or cakes that they ordered. Or a client that sends me a picture of their child with their birthday cake and they absolutely love it.
