I met this sweet couple at Michigan Cake Wars, and when it was time for their daughter’s wedding, they remembered me and trusted me to create her cake.

This two-tier design featured a garden of hand-piped buttercream wildflowers and delicate butterflies. It was such an honor to be part of their celebration. Congratulations to the newlyweds! 🤍✨ Thank you for trusting me with such a special part of her beautiful day.

Fifty years later… their wedding cake was recreated to celebrate their beautiful golden anniversary. 🤍✨

Using a photograph of their original cake as inspiration, I recreated a square shape, vintage piping and found this sweet topper resembling their original-bringing a special memory from their wedding day back to life.
