6 months!! What a ride it's been already! From snowmobiling around in the winter to being back on bikes this spring, you guys have really seen it all. Never did I imagine we would have nearly 200,000 followers on Facebook and over 130,000 on Instagram, but the most surprising part of it all has been introducing new people to Mackinac. I'm honored that you've found our little piece of Heaven through our videos, and my only hope is that I do the island justice. It's such a special place to call home and an easy one to share! Thanks to all who have joined on the journey thus far, I cannot wait to see what the next 6 months have in store 🩷

Can't stand to leave the north quite yet? Head to Hessel and check out our original store inside the showroom! Located less than a half of an hour northeast of St. Ignace, Hessel is such a fun little village to spend a few hours before heading back home. You'll find lots of classic boats docked in the harbor and our amazing cookies right inside the store. It's a great way to squeeze every moment you can out of your trip to Mackinac. See you in Hessel!

I spent 5 hours on swing set assembly yesterday and still managed to not complete the construction 😵‍💫 but tonight is the night because Hazel's last week of school starts today so the clock is ticking! Lilacs are just starting to bloom and I cannot wait for the whole island to smell like one big lilac tree once again. Have a wonderful Monday!

Afternoon tea at Island House Hotel is an absolute MUST for your next trip to Mackinac! It was so special to get to experience the preview with my sister, and we will be back ASAP for another round because it was so amazing. They launch today at 3PM, be sure to book in advance and if you're GF you'll need to pre-request GF options. I don't know how Chef Phil does it all, but I think it's a testament to their entire team that they keep adding new things and knocking it out of the park every time. Put it on your list, it was 12/10 🌷🩷🫖

Hidden gems! There are so many great little spots tucked away or a bit out of town that you have to see while you're here, so I made a little list! Our Hessel location is open for the season! Come check out our first store inside America's first Chris Craft dealership. This is where we make all all of our dough and English Toffee for our store on Mackinac. Coffee, cookies, Moomer's Ice Cream, and merch designed by Audrey fill the store. This is inside the E.J. Mertaugh Boat Works showroom and you'll likely get to see some classic wooden boats and cruisers getting launched this time of year as well! It's about a 30 minute drive from St Ignace. Open 8-5 daily.

Good morning, Mackinac Island! We're down at the store bright and early to get a jump on cookies for the day and organized for the weekend. Congratulations to our senior class who graduated yesterday! All 11 of them are headed off to college, everyone is so proud of them. Hope to see you on Mackinac this weekend!
