Our Ghent Holiday Market is happening Sunday, December 7th from 11–4pm at the Green Space at Blair Middle School, and it’s our BIGGEST market of the entire year. 70+ vendors bringing the good stuff — handmade gifts, local foods, gorgeous produce, holiday décor, and treats you won’t find anywhere else.

Bring your friends, bring your kids, bring your holiday spirit. And remember — park in the two city lots on Spotswood!

THE MISPERCEPTIONS ABOUT SHEET CAKES! 😑

To all my valued clients and prospective customers, please take note! 📝

For years, people have associated sheet cakes with grocery stores or low-cost options due to past experiences. HOWEVER, that option is now outdated!📆🚫

Many high-end bakers (bakeries) offer stunning sheet cakes that are more labor-intensive and expensive than tiered cakes. Yes, those “sheet cakes” aren’t simple cakes. They require 3-4 times the batter recipe on top of perfecting sharp edges along with intricate designing.

It's essential to recognize that our offerings stand apart from what you might find at places like Food Lion, Walmart, or Sam’s Club, etc… We pride ourselves on delivering a uniquely high-quality product that is simply unmatched by grocery store options.

With that said, we cannot provide sheet cakes in the $50-$100 range, it just isn’t feasible given the level of craftsmanship and quality we promise.

I’m getting more inquires about sheet cake prices lately, so I wanted to share this information !

We were unable to make the farmer’s market this morning because oversleeping is a real thing!!💤
