We are beyond grateful to have Aaron on our team. He’s a natural leader on our floor — affectionately titled "Store Dad" by our high school staff — and he truly exemplifies the warm, welcoming hospitality we strive to bring to Lyons every day. He is deeply invested in making the market a better place for everyone on both sides of the counter. Couple that dedication with an unbeatable upbeat attitude —and a soothing singing voice that harmonizes perfectly with Bryce’s during Tuesday morning truck deliveries — and you have someone who truly makes the St. Vrain Market feel like family.

Where do I start???? I have been a professional cook for over 50 years. Started out on a food truck. Back then they were called Roach Coaches!! Then Supper Clubs, Family Dining, Senior Living Facility and the Market!!! I have a bit of a wanderlust, have lived in California, Oregon,California, Oregon, California, Wisconsin, Texas, California and now Colorado!!! I love going on Princess Cruises! I've been to Alaska, Mexican Riveria and Caribbean and will be going to New England/Canada this fall.
