Had the pleasure of baking some fresh cinnamon rolls and bagels for a breakfast at our leasing office yesterday šŸ„°šŸ„°. So lucky to have such wonderful people where we live!

Message me directly for your next event or gathering! Special pricing on large group orders, customized menu with a variety of items to choose from, baked fresh within 24 hours or less of the drop off/pick up time.

The regular weekly menu closes at 10pm tonight for pickup this Sunday- donā€™t forget to place your orders for some fresh breads, bagels, and sweets to get you through the coming work week! Next weekā€™s menu will be up by tomorrow evening šŸ¤©.

Oh. My. Yā€™allā€¦. These CRUFFINS!!! God bless!!! I have no words. Just magic. Flaky, buttery, soft, delicateā€¦ everything you hope for in a croissantā€¦ muffin sized šŸ¤©šŸ¤©šŸ¤©.

Easily the most challenging- and the most rewarding (and just flat out cool) sourdough recipe I have made to date. Only big issue was the butter dripping onto my cookie sheet mid bake n making my hubby crazy as I tried to convince him I wasnā€™t trying to burn the house down in 20 min or less- BUT my trusty ChatGPT gave me a solution for that so Iā€™m praying that solves that problem šŸ¤£šŸ¤£.

Waiting for these babies to cool so I can get them filled and handed out to all my taste testers! I canā€™t wait for you to try these!

THE CRUFFINS HAVE BEGUN! Yes my friends- those flat squares being folded into that dough are BUTTER! Making some test batches of the Nutella and Key Lime with a couple plain n rolled in cinnamon sugar. I have the BEST feeling about these!

Keeping the flavors the same on next weeks menu to give these babies a chance to get rolling, and then we will be switching out various flavors throughout the month šŸ„°šŸ„°šŸ„°. One more day to place your orders for this Sundayā€™s pickup!
