Happy 100th Birthday to our beloved Township of Lyndhurst! We are so grateful to be a part of this incredible town with its rich history and magnificent people. No words can express all of the gratitude we have for our home. Thank you to all of our fellow citizens, administrators and officials for giving us a place and voice of our own. Hello and good morning on this glorious April day from Elegant Desserts. We've been out of touch but are ready to share some excellent news with our fans. As of last week, Elegant Desserts has become SQF Certified!

But...what does that mean exactly?
Not nearly exciting as a new spring cheesecake, you say?

Well, recently we passed a food safety audit that centers around following a highly-regarded standard called SQF. It's recognized globally and all the great manufacturers of the world are certified as SQF facilities. To us, this certification means that we follow all the necessary rules to make the safest dessert products possible to consume. It means growing our dessert company and bravely entering a whole new world of opportunity.

We want to thank all of our supporters for helping us through our certification. We can't wait to share with you exciting new projects on the horizon. Now please go and play outside ;)
