The many stages of making “Happy”. Not only is there icing but sculpting, painting, shadowing using luster dusts and edible marker. There’s no cutter for him so I have to cut him out by hand. The Pom Pom’s are two little cookies. Of the thousands of cookies I’ve decorated he is my favorite!!
