Homemade Cheesecakes Hey everyone! I make custom cheesecakes that are absolutely DIVINE!

I truly enjoy creating these masterpieces and I know you'll not only enjoy looking at them, but you'll LOVE how they taste. Pictured are many cheesecakes that I have made for my own family and for a few customers, but you're not limited to just those!! I'm so grateful to have had the honor of making these cheesecakes! This family has been a regular customer since I went out on a limb and opened up for orders. This weekend, they celebrated their sons graduation from liberty university!! Congratulations to the Ugron family!! I hope the cheesecakes made such a special time in your lives even sweeter!

I know I've been a bit quiet lately. Life has been crazy busy! I spent some time the other week creating some delicious treats for people. Pictured is a kit kat cheesecake for a wonderful returning customer. A sweet cheesecake batter filled with kit kat pieces on an oreo crust, topped with chocolate Ganache and more kit kat pieces, surrounded by a kit kat wall.

During that same week, I donated 4 cheesecakes to the Central Virginia Regional Rescue for their fundraising gala. The event was a huge success and I was so honored to be able to contribute to it!!

Stay tuned for more delicious treats coming soon! And don't forget, I'm always taking orders and happy to satisfy that craving for sweets!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!

Today has been a wonderful day full of cooking, family, and friends. And you should know I couldn't resist working a cheesecake into our menu for tonight!

We have a pumpkin pie cheesecake topped with whipped cream. I'm in no way a pumpkin pie fan at all. In fact, I usually avoid it like the plague. This though, is DELICIOUS!

After several long days full of testing, baking, and decorating, lots of stress, a few panicky moments, and a lot of planning, the wedding cakes were finally done!!! I had moments where I thought i may have bit off more than I could chew, but I was determined to make it happen. And I must say, I'm so happy with how things turned out.

Thank you so much to Jennifer Liberman Mendoza for contacting me for this opportunity. And thank you to the newlyweds, Emily and John, for hiring me to make these cakes for their special day!! It was truly an honor to be able to contribute to your special day.

And thank you to the staff of the renaissance for being so welcoming and helpful with the set up!!! It was so nice to come in and have people willing to show me where everything I needed was.

All set and ready to get these mini cheesecakes made for the upcoming wedding!! Time to get to work!!

I will not be accepting any orders for this weekend or next weekend!! Im more than happy to take orders for monday through thursday, but i want to makw sure i leave PLENTY of time to ensure the bride and groom get perfection for their special day. 👰💑💍💒

Off to deliver another cheesecake!! This one has a reduced sugar level in both the batter and no chocolate on top due to dietary needs. Still absolutely delicious though!!

Delivered another strawberry cheesecake today and decided to do some experimenting and try out a new flavor too! The cinnamon roll cheesecake turned out quite well! It has a cinnamon crust and connamon swirls in the batter. Its topped off with some cinnamon roll icing. Taking the already tasty breakfast and turning it into a delicious dessert treat!!

P.s., we got the 4 year olds approval. 2 thumbs up and "grade A!" Cheesecake :)

2 more cheesecakes ready to go!!

First, we have the always delicious coffee chocolate cheesecake. A coffee cheesecake with chocolate coffee batter stripes.

The second cake is a plain, sugar free, low carb cheesecake. This cake will have a special place in my heart from now on.

I was asked to make a cake that was sugar free and as low carb as possible to accomodate dietary restrictions. There was a good bit of trial and error involved, some (in my mind) very ugly cakes, and some not so great tasting cakes. Just as i was beginning to get discouraged, i found the perfect recipe. A low carb ricotta cheesecake made with splenda. It covered all the necessary adjustments! This cake has no crust as to minimize carbs and uses splenda in place of the sugar to ensure there are no blood sugar spikes while they enjoy their cake. Im so EXTREMELY happy that it came out so beautifully (and was driven quite crazy by how delicious it smelled while it was baking).

If you've got any kind of dietary restrictions, dont let that stop you from ordering!! Send me a message. We can discuss what you can and cant have and we will find a way to make a cake for you!!

So I have a secret to let everyone in on. :) I have been asked to make mini cheesecakes for a wedding and I'm SUPER excited!!! Here's a preview from the tastong we did today. :)

Top 3 cakes in the photo: one traditional cheesecake and 2 strawberry cheesecakes topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry whipped cream.

Rows from left to right: key lime cheesecake topped with fresh whipped cream and lime zest, red velvet cheesecake topped with whipped cream, lemon cheesecake topped with lemon, chocolate cheesecake topped with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, and lastly, reeses cheesecake on a brownie crust topped with chocolate ganache and a Reese's peanut butter cup.

I'm so honored for this opprtunity to get to make some amazing cheesecakes for these wonderful people and their guests!!!
