It may be the fall season but it is still hot outside. Come on in and enjoy a class where we have fun but also get lots of movement and exercise and leave feeling refreshed.
Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join us. Unlike many gyms or "suggested donations" we are completely FREE.
