ORDER POLICY REMINDER
Policy start date October 22,2024
My business is custom orders only and runs “by appointment only” meaning when I set a time with a customer, I stop everything and focus on that person.
The amount of time spent waiting on late order pickups is staggering.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a pickup and do not communicate with me BEFORE the set appointment time that you will be late, I will charge a $20 late fee onto your order.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without communication I reserve the right to cancel the order and keep the deposit.
Simple communication if you are running late is common courtesy and good manners. Please respect my time as much as I value yours.
