This cake marked the beginning of my baking adventure. When my mom's favorite bakery closed and her birthday arrived I decided to make her a cake myself. I quickly realized I had lots of room for improvement. Since then I have explored techniques, tips and tricks to achieve that signature bakery style my mom loves. I found my passion for baking was greater than I ever anticipated.
