Friday highlights at Swoonworthy Sourdough Artisan Bakery

*Homemade Apple Crisp makes it debut!! Crisp fresh apples and our apple filling, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg tossed with real butter, sugar, and a little flour, then topped with a crunchy oat and brown sugar crumble. Baked to perfection. Two sizes available- small (feeds 2-3) $8 and large (feeds 4-6) $15.

*Blue Ribbon Cinnamon Roll Foccacia - our classic sourdough covered in cinnamon roll filling, pecans, coconut and baked in real butter. Ooey, gooey, and delicious! Topped with a drizzle of cinnamon roll glaze. $12

*Our scrumptious Carrot Cake Slabs with Cream Cheese Frosting- huge slabs of the best carrot 🥕 cake you will ever taste! Filled with fresh carrots, pineapple, golden raisins, and walnuts then perfectly baked for a soft and moist crumb. Add our cream cheese frosting and be transported back to Grandma’s kitchen table. $6

*Fruit and Cheese Danishes- puff pastry filled with lemon, cherry, apple, or cream cheese filling, sprinkled with streusel, and drizzled with glaze. Light and flaky and full of yummy stuff!

Are you ready for this week’s menu update?? Sugar Mae is honking to share!!

Special Treats of the Week:

*Sourdough chocolate dipped shortbread cookies - simple, clean ingredients of butter, flour, sugar, and vanilla come together in these beautiful leaf cut-out cookies. We took them to the next level with a dip in white chocolate, and packed them 2 to a bag for just $3!

*Our Snickerdoodle-Apple Cookie Butter stuffed oatmeal cookie debuts. It’s so big we had to box it up!! Almost 6 oz of fall yumminess- just $5.

Y’all loved our Chocolate Espresso Pudding Cup so we restocked it this week too! $5

In the Bread Coop Thursday-

*Everything Bagel Seasoning Sourdough- Einstein Bagels branded spices meet our classic sourdough. I think this is one of the prettiest loaves we have made! $8 smalls, $14 larges

*Cranberry Walnut- craisins & walnuts in our classic dough sweetened with honey. A shop favorite! $8/$14

Introducing the Swoonworthy Snickerdoodle-Apple Cookie Butter Giant Oatmeal Cookie

Homemade cookie butter made from our snickerdoodle cookies, real butter, and apple pie filling - frozen and stuffed in the middle of 4 oz of spiced molasses oatmeal cookie dough- dressed in an oatmeal crumble and topped with a crunchy homemade caramel drizzle. The ultimate fall handheld sure to make it feel like it is 70 degrees instead of 100!!

I love getting to create new recipes on our days “off”!! Today I’m working on a possible new stuffed cookie of the day!

Inspired by the harvest and the “ber” months I’m playing with fall flavors. Can you guess what I’m making?

This is just the filling- about to work on the cookie itself. Take your best guess at what the combo is and you might be the lucky taste tester and get a free cookie when we open on Thursday if they turn out!

Here’s a hint- the cookie base will feature a breakfast grain- and the filling does contain fruit.

We loved being the local host for today’s Texas Market Guide’s show and can’t wait to welcome them back next year! Thank you Lew and staff for allowing us to partner with you and thanks for your continued support of our little bakery! It was fun to see our customers and friends at the show and hope they found some awesome bargains like I did!

Hope to see you again soon! Excited to come shop in November too!

It’s Friday and we are making it FRIYAY with hot, fresh, homemade Swoonworthy Sourdough Artisan Bakery Cinnamon Rolls today!!

Y’all loved Cinnamon Roll Friday last week so we are doing it again!!!! Let’s start the weekend right with our soft, pillowy, handmade brioche dough filled with real butter, cinnamon sugar, then brushed with heavy cream and topped with the perfect glaze after baking perfectly this morning.

Available while they last in singles, two packs, and 4 packs! Run don’t walk because quantities are limited and when they are gone they are gone!
