Ok so this is Tammie posting and I’m about to be real transparent lol. When we had to close up Keto Couple’s Kitchen I weighed 145. Jimmy and I had been super strict and all was going good diet wise. Well I got depressed from having to close our business and started watching my 4 year old granddaughter which means junk food in the house. I have totally went off track for months now and feel horrible. Today I am getting back on track no more carbs for me. I weighed 161 this morning and I am so frustrated with my self for stress eating and being all in my feelings. I will be doing my measurements and pictures this afternoon. Jimmy on the other hand other than a few cheats has been doing great and I’m so proud of him. If want to follow my journey I will be posting in our other group The Keto The Keto Lifestyle if your not a member go ask to join. We love for others to post as well we just have it set up that all post have to be approved because of all the scam post that try to come through. You as our customers really did help me stay on track more than you know. Thank you for listening to me vent. I miss you all.
