Soooo to answer everyone’s messages and questions:

YES! I will be starting back meal prep like I used to do!🥰

A few stipulations though:
•NO PREORDERS. I will be making a set amount each day/week. Pick up at the shop first come first serve only.

•Not all meals are Keto. I will be doing a variety of High Protein, Keto, Paleo and Vegan meals.

•If you want to call ahead and “reserve” a few meals you can. But you will not be able to pick what you want. You will get a variety of my choice.

•Because of the rising food costs (and packaging costs) these days as well as the extra time I will be taking to prep these meals they will all be sold at a flat rate of $10. Portions are not small though, and will feed you I promise.

•Macros will be included on every meal 🙂

We have been SO busy today I haven’t had time to even make a post! 🤪

We sold out of Keto Chili by 12:30 today but we will have PLENTY tomorrow and the rest of this week! Get here fast because it sells out quick!

We have Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake this week, Keto Coconut Macaroons, Keto Lemon Bars as well as plenty of Keto “Cornflake” Clusters!
