Starting tomorrow, Mexicatessen will be moving into the Alo Cafe (415 Atkinson Dr- in front of La Michoacana) location so you can find everything in one place! 🎉

You’ll still be able to enjoy all your favorites from Mexicatessen:

🌽 Homemade tortillas
🛍️ And more

Plus all the great coffee and Mexican food from Alo Cafe ☕🌮

We’re excited to share that our family has opened a second location Alo Cafe! From the same owners of Mexicatessen, Alo Cafe will be serving fresh coffee, breakfast, lunch, and homemade pastries to the Lufkin community.

We’re so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown Mexicatessen over the years, and we hope you’ll help us welcome Alo Cafe as well! ❤️

We’re baking from the heart and bringing back a tradition full of history, sweetness, and a little friendly competition 💛

Rosca de Reyes is made to celebrate Día de Reyes (Three Kings Day). The colorful fruits represent the jewels of the kings’ crowns, and inside is the little baby Jesús 👶✨
Whoever finds the baby is the “lucky” one… but also the one who has to treat everyone — because tradition says so 😅

💡 This year we’re making it EXTRA fun:
