All jokes aside these have taken 4 years to say we’ve perfected them. Well…ya know with running a business some things get in the way and testing.. oh boy did we test. We’ve had good rolls all along but they have hit a new phase of DELICIOUSNESS that we will continue to try to express. ✨

With the testing there was plenty of taste testing but trust us that wasn’t the best part. The best part were the lessons along the way.
I’ll share a few!

🌾 You don’t need any special flours.
All Purpose Flour works perfectly. (Unless you’re gluten free then use your desired flours)

🤜🏻 Don’t over knead your dough. Learn consistencies and timing.
A mixer does help..a ton but don’t fret some of the best things are made with your hands and a little bit of effort.

⏰ Be patient! Let your doughs proof for the times needed in your recipe. Don’t rush it! Need to proof your dough? Turn your oven on and place your prepped dough on top of the stove to proof. The oven will create a “warm spot” on top and help proof your dough in colder temps.
