Had a good customer call me today and was disturbed!

Him: "I'm calling because I'm a bit disturbed. I see you had churros that never got sold. HOW? I didn't even see you had any and if I did I would have bought some."

He went on to tell me how much he loves my stuff and how he'd buy more if he knew I had things BUT he never sees my posts.

Not the 1st, 3rd, or even 50th time I've heard that😂 Trust me. Y'all don't even have to tell me. I know. I see it😭 My posts often only reach 2%-4% of my followers.

Charmander evolution burnaway cake! The first image burned away to reveal the second image and the second image burned away to reveal the 3rd image🔥 Cake flavor was yellow cake and red velvet cake marbled together!🤭😳 Unique huh? They wanted the inside to resemble fire with the favors! I already have 30+ flavors on my flavor list, but never hesitate to ask for a flavor I don't have. I always love experimenting! Happiest of Birthdays to the man behind Kaly's Cakes And Sweets❤️ My bestfriend, my husband🥹

People see his hard outer shell. The stern, impatient, and serious man. I mean, it's not a lie. He's that person with most people. Literally y'all he's the opposite from me🤣 but goodness do we work like yin and yang. We help each other where the other lacks. He's my back bone. My empowerment. My rock. Taught me how to not care what people think, be genuinely me, and have enforcements and boundaries. I taught him how to slow down, have patience, and open his heart. We see the side of him that other's see outside of the house sure, but we get a version of him that no one else does and we are so grateful for him❤️ He's sweet, funny, goofy, nerdy, attentive, helpful, and more! How? In soooo many ways, but I'll keep those to myself because I can just hear him in my head right now🤭 "No one needs to know that." Lol! He has to maintain an image you know🤣 Mr. Officer. If you didn't know, the man was a prison guard for years and literally also was licensed to be a Police Officer. He decided it wasn't his passion though and now he's enjoyed being our bodyguard🥰 lol! Such an upgrade! We're cute✨️

No, but seriously, God knew exactly what he was doing when he put us together. Oh and what a beautiful life we have. A life that wouldn't exist without him! I thank God for him! I pray he gets many many more years on this earth with us. Oh and don't worry. I'm dragging him to heaven with us too no matter how stubborn he is😂

I'll be making some changes going forward!!!

Due to some continuous actions from some customers I'll now be implementing more requirements. I'll now be sending my policies directly and have you confirm that you have read and agree. I'll also be requiring full payment by 48 hours from your pickup day/time instead of 24 hours. By 24 hours if your order is not paid and you have not communicated anything with me your order will be immediately canceled and you forfeit your deposit.

This is more than fair. I am ONE person and am so so patient and lenient. However, having people not communicate with me and trying to pay me only right before picking up their orders has put strain on me, my timelines, and my days! On me entirely for allowing payment that close to time. My new policy will prevent this and fix the problem 100%.
