Due to finals, graduation, and spending time with friends and family: this Friday and Saturday (December 6th and 7th) will be the last time we will be open for the foreseeable future.

There's still time to place an order for Thanksgiving! We will be offering keto versions of Thanksgiving staples like dinner rolls ($5/half dozen) and cornbread, with your choice of cornbread muffins ($5/4 muffins) or a 9 inch cornbread pan ($12/pan). All of our 9 inch pies are also $25 and we have the current availability: Pecan Pie, Brownie Pie, Ooey Gooey Butter Pie, and Apple Pie. We will be unable to take orders beginning on Thursday November 21st, so be sure to place your order before then.

Don't forget we'll be open today from 4-7 pm with special Keto candy like low carb Reese's, jack-o'-lantern shaped dark chocolate truffles, Paydays, and Twix. We'll also have other sweet stuff like our Caramel Apple Cupcakes, Red Velvet Cupcakes, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes, Fudge, and Fat Bombs.

In the fall of 2016 we were both eating the standard American diet, severely overweight, and had health problems. At that point, Kelsey’s father was diagnosed as diabetic and his doctor placed him on a low carb diet. When we noticed that he had lost a significant amount of weight and resolved some health issues, all without a thyroid, we started thinking. We did our research and started on a ketogenic diet in November 2016. We kept finding replacements for old favorites but realized you couldn’t really find reliable keto baked goods, so we started baking for ourselves, family, and friends.

In 2017, one of our friends encouraged us to sell at a farmer’s market, saying that since we had helped her indulge a little with our keto baked goods, maybe there would be others in town that would want keto products. So that’s what we did, we set out with 4 kinds of cookies, our bread, and a desire to help the Lubbock keto community. Now with over 150 pounds lost (combined) and counting, we’ve expanded our products to include cake pops, muffins, brownies, cinnamon rolls, tortillas, and much more! We’re always adding new things to our menu and are open to suggestions.

We can be found at the Wild West Farmers Market every Saturday until the end of October from 9 am until 5 pm (weather permitting). We also take orders and deliver throughout the week. We will never have anything on the table we would not eat ourselves on a keto diet, and because of this the net carbs are listed on every package we sell with full nutritional information available upon request.
