Aunt Carol’s Bakery and Confectionary is conveniently located in the Oak Tree Shopping Center, next door to Covenant Hospital and across the street from the Texas Tech Federal Credit Union. Aunt Carol’s Bakery and Confectionary proudly offers a full line of individually-sized pies, cakes, cookies, and candies. Everything on our menu is made by hand from scratch using only natural, fresh, wholesome

ingredients. Aunt Carol’s Bakery and Confectionary is open from 11:00am to 10:00pm, Monday-Thursday, and until 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. We are also open from noon until 3:00pm on Sunday. We deliver from 4:20 until one half hour before close, Monday through Saturday. Aunt Carol’s Bakery and Confectionary happily accepts advance special orders. With our individual-sized items, everyone at your event can enjoy their own personal favorite flavor! Call for information on our Party Packs. Aunt Carol’s Bakery and Confectionary is owned and operated by Carol Brownlow. Aunt Carol has been a Lubbock resident most of her life. Aunt Carol prides herself on using homemade family recipes, most coming from her great-grandmother. If it does not taste good, Aunt Carol does not make it! Signature recipes include the butterscotch pie, chocolate chip cookies, and almond roca.
