e. Some of the things that I did find didn't taste very good. And forget finding the delicious bakery items that I craved! So, I started down a road of trial and error. I bought and tried new items as I found them, only to be disappointed. It just wasn't the same. I started experimenting with recipes and found some that worked and some that didn't (Yuck!). I tried making different flour blends and tried every new one that appeared on the store shelves. Finally, I have found some good gluten free flour blends that work with my treasured recipes! Now I can make my recipes and the recipes that have been passed down in our family. And they taste great, just like I remember! Some transport me back to childhood when my Mother, Aunts or Grandmother would take one of those scrumptious treats out of the oven! Now I want to share the joy of indulging in some of these delicious desserts! For people like me who still want something sweet, or a great breakfast muffin, or cake, or cupcakes for a birthday, or Christmas cookies......I could go on and on! Not only can you savor those things, but with these recipes everyone else can enjoy them with you, because you can't tell they are gluten free. They are just that good!
