Testing shrimp cakes in the kitchen today and… OMG 🤤 They did NOT disappoint! 🦐✨
Golden and crispy on the outside, tender and packed with shrimp on the inside, served with a creamy homemade Dijon aioli.

I’m seriously thinking these need to become a weekly special! 😍

🍝 Next Week’s Special – Baked Ziti with Italian Sausage & Meatballs 🍝

Nothing says comfort food quite like a pan of homemade baked ziti! This dish features short-cut pasta tossed in a rich, slow-cooked meat sauce that’s simmered all day with Italian sausage, homemade meatballs, and fresh herbs. It’s layered with creamy ricotta, topped with plenty of mozzarella cheese, and baked until hot and bubbly.

Nothing brings people together like a good meal around the table. This week I’m making one of our family favorites!

Pork Souvlaki Platter – $50
Serves 4–6 and includes:
🥙 Fresh homemade sourdough garlic naan
🍅 Fresh tomato salad
🧀 Feta cheese
🥒 Homemade tzatziki sauce

Everything is made fresh with quality ingredients and lots of love—just the way I’d serve it to my own family.

🍌 Mini banana bread – $8 each
🍪 Jumbo Marshmallow Krispie Cookies (6) – $15

Pan seared chicken breast topped with fresh mango salsa, served with cilantro lime rice and Mexican street corn (made with Parmesan, not Cojita).

Not a fan of street corn? No problem! I can substitute it with roasted corn on the cob instead.
