I started making chocolates in high school for fundraisers and in 1992 took my first cake class with my best friend. I was hooked. My coworker convinced me to make her wedding cake (having much more faith in me than I had in myself) and if she didn't love it she faked it well. LOL I have since learned fondant, sugar work, and other decorating styles in addition to my chocolate molds. I am in my h
