Good morning. This week's menu features our signature items, including sourdough chocolate chunk cookies, classic sourdough bread, and chocolate coffee sourdough bread. Additionally, we will be baking another batch of sourdough bagels, having sold out last week. Our menu will also include chocolate chip pancake bites and cinnamon raisin sourdough sandwich bread. We are pleased to introduce our new specialty item, applesauce cake, which is based on a recipe from my grandfather's grandmother family cookbook. This cookbook contains several recipes that we plan to incorporate into our offerings, sharing a piece of family history. The cake combines warm spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, reminiscent of coffee cake. With its unique blend of flavors, this cake is an excellent addition to any gathering. We will be open bright and early on Friday and Saturday mornings.

We are pleased to introduce our new sourdough bagels, available in an everything flavor this week. Additionally, our buttermilk pancake mix provides a convenient breakfast option, requiring only the addition of water or milk to create the perfect batter. Our offerings include sourdough chocolate chunk cookies and everything carrot cake, distinguished by its moist and fluffy characteristics and topped with a light and fluffy vanilla almond frosting. We are also showcasing new items such as chocolate chip croissant sourdough loaf and garlic rosemary sourdough focaccia, along with our regular sourdough loaf and pancake bites. We're mixing it up at the farmstand this week with some exciting offerings! Our menu for the week will feature our classic sourdough chocolate chunk cookies and sourdough bread, along with new sweet treats like carrot cake items and bread options like garlic rosemary focaccia and chocolate chip croissant sourdough bread. Pancake bites will also be available. The stand will maintain its regular hours, opening bright and early Friday and Saturday. Preorders are accepted and encouraged.
