The Strawberry Croissant. This beauty right here is the thing that put us on the map here in NWA. She's popular to say the least. What you guys don't know is that she became so popular that we needed to close on Mondays just to give Max an extra day to prep enough croissant dough to get us through the week. His croissant dough takes 3 days to make. This is not a process that can be rushed and any true baker knows it. So because we can't continue to mass produce these we have had to put a limit on how many we can sell per customer on a daily basis. We sell three per customer sometimes four if it's slow. I know that has been upsetting to some people but we are just trying to make sure it's fair for everyone. We also take pre orders for these (minimum 6) and you can order as much as Max can physically make. Keep in mind he is just one person and even though he has some help in the back he is the only person who bakes our croissants. So please try to be understanding when we say that there's a limit. He's human and he can only do what he can do. Thanks for your understanding.

We just wanted to know your thoughts on the new items Max put out this week. Max tried two new ways to do his sticky buns. He made one kind that was similar to a traditional cinnamon roll with a cream cheese icing on top. He also made another kind that had an apple chunk filling inside. Which one was your favorite? What kind should he try next?

Shelly will be taking the day off tomorrow so I get to come in and see all the beautiful faces that walk in our doors. I don't work often these days so I'm excited to see all of you again. Be sure to come on in even if it's just to say hello. See you tomorrow!

We will be open Saturday the 15th. Doors open at 8:00am. This will be a first come first serve event and we will not be taking special orders. We will also be closed the following Tuesday. Soccer season is around the corner and as many of you know Max( the owner and baker) coaches two soccer teams so this will be our last Saturday opening until after the soccer season is over.
