Side note: Yes, she knows that this wouldn't be the proper way to hold the neck of a guitar but it IS the proper way to hold the handle of a rolling pin, and that's the knowledge you'd rather we have at the bakery, right??

It’s Hannah’s last focaccia! 😭 Our Hannah is moving back to Boston and we are so excited for her new chapter of life, while being immensely sad to not have her wit and sass in the bakery as often as we would like. Come in on this rainy day, buy bread, and say goodbye to one of our favs. 💜 we love you Hannah!

Did you know? Pizzelle Bakes actually bakes their loaves fresh every morning for the Lowell Farmers’ Market. 🥖 Fresh, local, and straight from the oven. It doesn’t get any better than this! 😍

Meet Samm!
While only being here a few months, she has been baking with her mom and sibling since she was a little Samm. Her favorite movie genre is horror, with current favs being They Will Kill You and Undertone. She is exceptional at catching things as they fall, an important skill in this kitchen! Her least favorite bake is the cardamom twists, “small, labor intensive, and so many sticky fingers!” Samm lived for 3 years in Germany and has curated our Volksfest menu! Link is in the bio. 💜
