Meet the baker 🍞
I realized I haven’t properly introduced myself so hello to my followers! My name is Sam and I’m the baker behind Wild Sage.

My mother taught me everything I know and runs The Sugar Shed Roadside Market in Valpo.

When I’m not baking, I’m busy working in marketing or spending time with my fiancé and daughter, Sage (clearly the inspiration for the name).

Looking forward to growing this page and bringing delicious artisan breads from our kitchen to yours! Because after all, there’s really nothing better than carbs. 🤤

Just experimented with a Garlic, Herb & Parmesan flavor 👀 We may have to add this to the menu because the smell alone is INCREDIBLE.
