After years of running and baking and running again, I have finally combined my two passions to share with others. I absolutely LOVE running and baking and have "carbo loaded" and hit the road running for many years. On the weekends, I baked....both are like therapy. Though I have been a vegan for years, I can and do make gloriously delicious, healthy and not so healthy sweet treats.
