Well since I mentioned that I’d be posting recipes so I figured I’d post one of my favorite soups that Alyse is actually going to make tonight. It was inspired by a soup I had in Kawaii 4-ish years ago.

COCONUT CORN CHOWDER
2 diced potatoes
½ cup finely diced onion
4 cans coconut milk
¼ cup Vurkey seasoning
1 Tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cans undrained corn
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup nooch
4 cups water

For a richer soup you can use or add soy milk instead of water be sure to use just a plain soy milk or oat milk or whatever your choice but just that has three ingredients in it none of the additives. I also over the years end up doing twice as many potatoes. (these pictures are from the Hawaiian restaurant and THEIR soup.

Hey Everyone! In true Crash Fashion, I'm running a little behind. Our Crash Course has been pushed back 30 min to 5:00pm PST/6:00pm MST. See you guys soon!

Hello All, particularly you, vegan cheese fanatics! A lot of the comments on my last post (about what you guys would like to see me make) are requesting cheese recipes. I won't be doing that for several reasons:

1) Of all my recipes, the cheese are proprietary, and should we ever do another business in the future, I really need to make sure those recipes are protected.

2) It's a really finicky process, and is not necessarily something I can teach in one class.

3) Most of the cheeses require special ingredients that need to be ordered online, which strays pretty far away from my original motto of wanting to teach you guys "fun and approachable recipes using every-day ingredients."

HOWEVER......... I (Crash) will be in town (Loveland) soon, so if you need to stock up on cheese, send a DM here and we will get you taken care of

HI CRASH FAM!!

A big "Thank You" for all the support I received on that first video! I appreciate you all being my test audience!

I would like to make another video this upcoming Wednesday, but I would like to hear from you all in regards to what you would like to see. I'll be taking suggestions until Monday afternoon, at which point I will make a decision, and post an ingredient/equipment list for everyone.

I also promise to keep this next video shorter; I'm aiming for about 45 min.

I look forward to cooking with you all again!!!

ETA: I updated the event with an ingredient/equipment list for everyone who wants to cook along real-time

Hello Crash family. My daughter; the owner has tried several times to make a post but becomes overwhelmed with sadness and can’t finish, so I’m stepping in. Your loyalty, love, patronage, donations, friendships, kept us going but unfortunately the overhead just became too overwhelming and she had to shut the doors last week. She wasn’t sure if it was going to be a permanent thing and frankly, we’re still not, but it’s not looking good. I don’t know if I can adequately put into words how much we’ve enjoyed this adventure through the ups and downs AND all the beautiful new friendships we’ve acquired. Our hearts are literally breaking. 🌱
