Banana Cream Pie Cookies! These are always a hit when I make them!

Recipe!
2 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups homemade banana pudding
1 cup powdered sugar

1. Cream together butter and brown/ white sugar
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix till well combined
3. Add dry ingredients (excluding powdered sugar)
4. Roll into 12-24 balls (depending on how large you want them)
5. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes, watch closely!
6. Meanwhile, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks
7. Mix in powdered sugar.
8. Fold in pudding
9. Once cookies are fully cooled top with banana cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
