Born of a love of cooking, a passion for natural health and my family’s Polish roots, Zosia Bread Company is not your average bakery. Our goal is to provide not only delicious and unique baked goods, but also nutritious, whole, artisan foods that you can feel good about eating and serving. Zosia is a Polish name that represents wisdom, so it was the perfect fit with our philosophy of eating and li

ving wisely. Our breads contain fresh vegetables, herbs and nutrient-dense seeds, setting them apart from what you’ll find at grocery stores and even natural health retailers.

Farmers' Market Season is oh-so-close; recipe development, test-baking and perfecting is underway! From top: Roasted Beet and Cheddar Crispbread (pretty color, beet-y goodness and tastes like Cheez-Its!), French Onion Crispbread (handcrafted toasted seasoning blend, awesome-sauce with soups and chili) and Sweet Potato Rosemary Crispbread (roasted sweet potato with fresh rosemary leaves straight from the plant). Our family's Polish roots inspired our name and our mission to apply an old-world sense of great care, along with nourishing, whole ingredients, to each of our handcrafted breads.
