And today's wedding cake.... an authentic German kirschwasser torte with imported cherry brandy soaking the cherries right now. Real whipped cream, buttercream with a hint of coffee... yum.

Wedding cake tasting #1 done. Both cakes were a hit but the rosemary lemon cake was the winner! The almond lavender pastry cream, rosemary pastry cream and the fresh raspberry buttercream were complimented too. So glad! Next tasting, the Funfetti Cake! Hooray!
