Happy Colorado Day, and happy 150th, Colorado! 🌄

On August 1st, 1876, Colorado became the 38th state to join the Union, earning its nickname as the "Centennial Sate" for joining 100 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Today marks 150 years of statehood, a milestone the Centennial State is celebrating in the very same year the country turns 250.

This one's a little personal for us. Mile High Labs was founded here, and this year marks our 10th. It's been a decade of building in the state whose name we carry. From a handful of us in Colorado to a team spanning two continents, our roots have never left the Front Range.

Colorado is known for its pioneering spirit and high standards, and those are the same standards we hold ourselves to in everything we make.

Here's to 150 years of Colorado, and to the place where we started, where we work, and where we're proud to call home. 🏔️

The announcement has already happened.

What comes next is understanding what it may mean for the future of cannabinoid products.

The Substance Access Beneficiary Engagement Incentive (BEI) is a pilot evaluating physician-supervised, hemp-derived CBD products in a more structured, outcomes-driven environment.

It’s early. It’s limited. And it’s not broad Medicare coverage.

But it does raise an important question for brands:

If cannabinoid products move closer to healthcare-oriented pathways, is your supply chain built for that future?
