At Artisans Kitchen we’re psyched about sustainability 🌎 and we love to promote vendors that share our values. This week’s is safflower🌻oil from our friends at the Oil Barn Colorado. Unlike other sources of cooking oil, safflowers thrive in dry conditions—consequentially they require far less water to produce. To double down on conservation, we recommend the 500 ml tin (so you’ll be 💰saving💰 more water). Healthful, delicious, sustainable: a win-win-win!

When you shop local, over 66 cents of every dollar *stays* in the community 🤑. Shopping local helps create jobs, drive investment and can *even* increase property values 📈—plus in our case, it’s absolutely delicious! 😋
