I don’t always fully plan out my designs before I begin decorating.

I take photos as I go so I can see the actually designs together.

I’ll stare at it thinking something doesn’t look right… It needs something more!

Sometimes I get an idea and try something new but it doesn’t turn out how I thought it would.

Instead of starting over I adjust and hope for the best.

Sometimes it works out

Not going to lie… this set brought up some feelings.

I was honored to be asked to create this special custom set for the relaunch of Grief Cookies by local author .

Creating cookies for celebrations is always special, but creating something that honors grief, healing, and the beauty that can still exist in hard seasons feels different.
