For the future here in the Deming location. If anyone is requesting a special cake for a birthday, quince, or wedding. I will require a 20% deposit. To reserve the date/slot. I am very good on communication and pride myself on making sure our customers get what they ask for. Today we had the honor of creating our first cake for a customer. A very special orders. Chocolate cake with my own hone made strawberry filling. With my homemade buttercream frosting covered in sprinkles. Cake pops strawberry flavored covered in white chocolate also with sprinkles. It's always a pleasure to fulfill an order. Here is the process I won't post the finished product til tomorrow. So I don't ruin the surprise.
