Anyone who wants a special order for Christmas, you can order anytime Actually it's best to order when the weather is nice outside since we cut all large pieces outside and also put varnish on at this time. Shipping will be exact amount buyer pays shipping. No returns on special orders. All orders can be personalized. Special orders require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
