Tomorrow is the day, we open our doors for the first time. i have a whole lot of people to thank, if I miss you please forgive me. First and foremost my partner in life and business Danielle. My biggest supporter and cheerleader thank you so much dear one I love you. Justin Gordinas Kelly Nusz and Foxing Books thank you for everything you have done for us. Each and every person who support our fundraiser I thank you, and the community we are apart of. We owe you are gratitude.

Be patient with us tomorrow, we are all tired, and learning new systems and ways of doing things with new people. It’s going to take us some time to find our rhythm

Y’all it’s past my bedtime, so I’m keeping this short and sweet. You can find us in our normal spot peddling pastries and breakfast sandwiches at the South End Community Market (SECM) | Farmers & Artisans Market swing by and say hello grab some breakfast.

This table has been waiting on its oven for over three months now, it’s been delayed multiple times. and last week we were notified our oven now will not be in the country until the end of august, and likely puts it in our kitchen sometime in September.

We have been working on a contingency plan for our missing oven for a while now, and we need a little more time before we open. So we are pushing back our opening one week. On top of now having all of our gear in place yet, I need more time. I don’t feel ready, we want to bring y’all the best experience we possibly can, and I need a little more time to do that.

We sincerely apologize for this, please be patient with us we are close, we just have a long list of things to get through, Danielle works a full time day job, and I’m solo at the kitchen day to day, working on our market prep and the set up of the cafe, We’re stretched thin but we will get to the finish line

We are getting ready for fall! while we are preparing for our opening, I’m taking the time to do a little R&D today. I’m working up a new bread formula. This is a porridge loaf with maple syrup and oatmeal, and you can get your hands on one of them tomorrow!

IF the loafs are up to s***f they will be available for sale tomorrow starting at noon at Foxing Books, first come first serve and 10 dollars each. Just swing by and ask

We are changing plans due to the chance of rain and thunderstorms, you won’t find us at the South End Community Market (SECM) | Farmers & Artisans Market this week, but you can find us at Foxing Books we will open at 8am and go until noo or when we sell out come by and see us. If you are still planning on going to the market just swing by and grab some breakfast first.
