Y’all we are just months away from opening , and still could use a little help. We are officially relaunching our fundraising campaign, only this time it’s not through kickstarter or another crowdfunding platform. Our campaign (the exact same one we ran the first time) kept being rejected, we received constant phishing emails, and we had to give a portion of our donations to the platform. Plus we didn’t receive a single donation from a person directed to us from kickstarter.
Nearly all the donations we received were from people in our community, the people we see every week, the people we are opening to serve. So it makes sense to just do this ourselves.

We are offering the same rewards from our last campaign, and holding ourselves to the same timeframe, 30ish days starting from today. If you can donate, it’s greatly appreciated, if you can’t, help by spreading the word.

….and a big shout out to for the shirt designs and who inspired the biscuit design.

For the longest time I have made our laminated pastry dough by hand. Using guides intended for rolling out clay to desired thickness with results I could live with, but not entirely satisfied with. It took a long time, and a part of prep I didn’t look forward to.

Today I got a major upgrade, my arrived I’m excited to put this thing to work. I’m really looking forward to being able to offer a higher quality product, and hopefully up our production

We will be at our normal spot at the tomorrow morning from 8:30 to 12:30 we will be there with your bread orders, pastries and baked goods, we will be slinging hash brown casserole only this week, and if ya ask nicely I’ll even top it with a fried egg 😉.

We planned on adding a sandwich this week, but the Danielle had an accident, so in an effort to keep the line moving we’re sticking to pastries and a hot item we can serve quickly for the next few weeks. Swing by, say hello and sign Danielle’s cast 😁

I can also recommend the green eggs and ham danish…. It’s salty and garlicky in all the right ways. We will see y’all tomorrow morning at 8:30 ✌️❤️🍞
