Hello Friends

After a couple of weeks battling what I thought was just a cold, it turned out to be walking pneumonia. Between medications, lots of rest, and taking my doctor's advice seriously, I'm finally on the mend and feeling much more like myself.

A huge thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding, messages, and support while I took the time to recover. It means more than you know. ❤️

A little life update from The Sourdough Affair Co.

What I thought was just a simple cold turned into two weeks of progressively feeling worse and worse. After pushing through and making it through Saturday’s market, I finally went to urgent care and found out it was much more than just a cold.

I’m now on an arsenal of medications, and the medical team very strongly advised that I take this week to fully rest and recover.

As hard as it is for me to step away, I’m taking that advice seriously so I can heal properly and come back feeling like myself again.

Because of this, we will not be at the markets this weekend, and I’ll be taking a short pause to rest.

Thank you all so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support of this little business. Your kindness means more than you know, and I’m looking forward to getting back in the kitchen as soon as I’m able.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the The East End Farmer’s Market despite the rain. We had a good day!! You all were serious about some sourdough! For those that missed us today, we will be at the Rainbow Blossom Farmers Market tomorrow at 3738 Lexington Rd from 12p - 4p. The weather is supposed to be great! Come see us!
