Had to do a second take when I saw the picture, even though I read the caption it still didn’t click 😂 but then realized “those are my cinnamon rolls!” It’s so special seeing people share about my baked goods. 🥹 the support I have received from locals buying my products and the McCarthy’s is just unreal. I’ve been told I need to rename my cookies “world famous”, people are calling the store to see if my products are stocked, buying 3 bags of granola at a time…like I said unreal! Very very thankful for all the support 🫶🏻
And yes, more cinnamon rolls will be returning this weekend 😊

McCarthy’s Market for coffee & a treat or stop for lunch at Kennedy Grill food truck (so yummy), then grab ice cream and shop around!
Oatmeal cream pies, granola, & brown butter chocolate chip cookies restocking in the store!

New item at McCarthy’s Market! Maple cinnamon sugar granola! Also just dropped off: strawberry white chocolate scones, cinnamon rolls (individual & packs), chocolate chip muffins, & the tastiest browned butter chocolate chip cookies!
Coffee shop and store are open now :) ice cream opens at 12:00, they have something for everyone!
They’re having Kennedy Grill food truck on Saturday, they make some of the tastiest food, it would be such a fun Saturday activity for the family 🍪🍉☕️🍦

Welcome to all the new followers! 🥹 I’m Allison, the one and only baker behind Buttered Crumb Bakehouse. I’m a full time Prek teacher but somehow find the time to bake (a lot 😅) thanks to my husband for always helping me keep the kitchen and dishes cleaned. What started out as me getting 15 g of sourdough starter almost 4 years ago has turned into something truly life changing for my family and I. I started baking loaves for friends and family, that turned into bagels, scones, cookies. It officially turned into BCB in 2024 when I was a vendor at the Town of Louisville Fall Fest and can say with 100% confidence I had zero clue what I was doing 😬 but it turned out to be the door opening to even greater adventures! Since then, I’ve continued doing local markets, baked for events, even started doing weekly orders through a website, and thanks to all the customers, friends, family & support from these last 4 years, BCB has grown in ways I never imagined. Fast forward to last summer, I met the McCarthy family doing Taste & Treats at Lousiville Town Hall (the KINDEST family!) Now, BCB greatest venture is taking off thanks to them! You can find my baked goods in their coffee shop & farm store. Dreams do come true! Purchasing from small businesses truly changes lives. The McCarthy’s Market has so many local goods in their store supporting other small businesses & families, (Lyndee’s Goodies, Italian Apron, to name a few that I have had and LOVE!). It is the greatest thing to come to Louisville!
