How often do you go out of your comfort zone and cook something you've never tried before? I picked up some Kohlrabi at a farmer's market and decided to give it a try. I cooked every part of the plant. I took all the stems and only 1 peeled bulb, chopped them and sautéed them along with some chicken Italian sausage. Towards the end I added minced garlic and while the leaves with only a touch of water to help the process. I finished it all off with heavy cream and just a touch of mozzarella cheese.

Time to make more "buttah" for our BadAssBakes. We will continue to use the highest quality ingredients. Look at the difference between the Irish Butter and the other brand. Even the other brand is a higher quality than your typical 'above store brand' option. However, the drastic color shift tells you a lot.
