I was honored to make Brianna Hickey birthday cake this year, as she said goodbye to her 20’s!
This coffin cake was made with chocolate espresso layers and filled with a chocolate espresso mousse and iced in an espresso Swiss meringue, dyed with black cocoa.

When I did this cake, it wasn’t seeking perfection it just simply was in the best way.
My customer sent me the inspo for his sisters cake and I ran with it. And I was very pleased how it turned out.
