🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ORDER POLICY UPDATE 🚨
Effective Immediately:
✔️ No hold orders will be accepted. Items will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
✔️ We will no longer take calls regarding the menu of the day. Daily menu items and specials will be posted on our social media pages. It takes away from tasks in the back with the numerous interruptions by the amount calls. Just come on in to see us 🩷🩷
✔️ Cake orders must be placed 7–10 days prior to pickup date.
✔️ Any order requested within 4 days of pickup will incur a $25 Short Notice Fee. Our weeks are booked and busy with scheduled orders for the week. Any squeeze ins requires extra added time to our schedule
✔️ Payment is due at the time the order is placed unless otherwise approved by the owner.
✔️ All orders will be processed through our invoicing system and may be paid by the following to ensure store and customer receives a receipt/notation of order

✔️We do not provide delivery service unless it's a catered event. We do not use any delivery service such as Door Dash or Uber Eats, etc
