🎂🎂ANATOMY OF A CAKE🎂🎂

I love getting to mix flavors and this was something special.

🎂Tender alternating layers of vanilla bean and lemon
🎂Fresh made lemon curd
🎂Lemon simple syrup soak
🎂Vanilla buttercream

When I look back on when I started designing cakes, I can see the growth that’s taken place and it’s truly a gift to have people put their trust in me to create something not only beautiful, but delicious as well. I haven’t always gotten it right or perfect, but I’ve learned so much and I never take it for granted.

Ask any small business owner and they will tell you the same thing, EVERY ORDER MATTERS!

This sweet and wonderful woman ordered her milestone birthday cake from me! She wanted it to be yellow, with butterflies and sparkles🥰🥰. Inside this beauty are delicate, alternating layers of vanilla bean and lemon cake with fresh lemon curd.
