Words can not express the enjoyment and appreciation of this God given talent
of designing and decorating cakes. My prayer is that this business will be pleasing
in the eyes of the Lord as I uphold His biblical standards while sharing my talents
with others. Glory to the Lord for the ability to create a design that is personal, that
each individual can relate to, and that will make lasting memories.

Betty’s Heavenly Cake Decorating has been busy. The last four days I did an X-Box cake for Tyler Dodson who turned 12. It was vanilla w/white chocolate filling. A baby shower cake for Tiffany & Phillip Pharmly of owls that was also vanilla w/white chocolate filling and 20 chocolate cake pops in the shape of owls AND 20 owl sugar cookies. Not finished yet… I did 75 cupcakes for a wedding rehearsal on Friday night which consisted of chocolate with w/chocolate filling, carrot w/cream cheese, red velvet with cream cheese, almond, vanilla, orange, and lemon w/raspberry curd. That then called for a three tier wedding cake for this afternoon of chocolate w/white chocolate filling, almond, and red velvet w/cream cheese. And the bride also requested a separate red velvet cake for their first anniversary. All done and delivered on time and boy am I tired! Crunch time came last night with only two and a half hours of sleep. But… this God given talent is such a blessing. Hope everyone was happy with their cakes, etc. With all that said, G-o-o-d night.
