Hello everyone!! 🫶🏼

Man, have I missed yall! 😭 I’m almost finished with my extended trip out of state and I am looking forward to being back in the kitchen covered in flour, sugar, butter and the wonderful smells of fresh sourdough bread in the air 🥖

A huge thank you to all of my customers for giving me this much needed time with my family. I’ve made so many lasting memories and feel so blessed to have this time.

I had such a great first time vending today 😭 I had so many people come back for seconds, that was such a blessing!

First vending event has been an awesome experience so far! By 11am I was sold out of almost half my goodies!!

The Noble Rise will be closed today as scheduled because we will be setting up as a vendor in Athens during a softball tournament!

If y’all find yourself on an adventure that way, come hang out! I’d love to see you and connect in person. We will be here from 11am - 7pm (unless we sell out 😉)

Also the booth next to me makes the best Mexican food you’ll ever taste.. Little Handmade Shop 🤍🤍🥰 So lunch & some sweets? 😆

While preheating my oven, I forgot my bagels were bulk fermenting… in the oven. A classic bakers mistake. They are ruined. No cinnamon raisin bagels this weekend folks 🥲

Just a heads up, we will be closed next weekend, April 18&19 because I will be attending my first vendor fair in Athens! I’m super excited to experience this for my first time and share my goodies with new folks.

We are open with a very small restock! The lemon 🍋 cake cookies were a hit so they will be sticking around for awhile. 🥰 If you have tried them, make sure to preorder so you make sure to get your hands on some 🤤
